Marlin Stadium - Miami, FL
The new home of the Miami Marlins Major League Baseball team is a first-class stadium owned by Miami-Dade County. CES provided Owner’s Representative Services for the construction of this $515 million structure. The Marlins Stadium won the 2012 Engineering News Record Southeast Project of the Year award.
Medical Center of Aurora - Aurora, CO
The Medical Center of Aurora serves Aurora, Colorado and the eastern Denver-Aurora Metropolitan Area with four separate campuses providing a wide range of health care services. It was founded in 1974; it now employs more than 1,200 people and is part of HealthONE, the largest health care system in the metro area.
Orlando Airport
Orlando International Airport will be another iconic project for the City of Orlando. The new world-class domestic and international airport terminal will boast 16 airline gates with flexible configurations to accommodate narrow-body, jumbo and super-jumbo aircraft.
Dallas Love Field
Dallas Love Field was commissioned on October 19, 1917 as a training base for the U.S. Army Air Service during World War I. The airport is named for Army Lieutenant Moss Lee Love, who perished during flight training. Lt. Love had no connection to Dallas, but it was the norm at the time to honor Army aviators who perished in flight.
288 Extension Highway - Houston, TX
SH 288 is a 61-mile highway between Houston and the Gulf of Mexico providing a vital route for commuters, freight and commercial trucking, and hurricane evacuation. The highway's configuration has remained essentially unchanged since 1984. It extends from I-45 in downtown Houston to US 36 in Freeport, intersecting three major orbital roadways in the metropolitan region: I-610, Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8), and SH 6. SH 288 links the major employment center of downtown Houston and the Texas Medical Center with the rapidly growing residential communities of Harris County and Brazoria County.
Highway 1604, 281, 10 - San Antonio, TX
This massive $1.3 billion project will expand Loop 1604 from Bandera Rd. to I‑35 to four general-purpose non-tolled freeway lanes in each direction plus an HOV lane in each direction. Note that some sections may have three, five, or six general-purpose lanes depending on the traffic volume, geometry, or available right-of-way at that particular location, but typically the corridor will have four general-purpose through lanes each way.
Highway 66- Fairfax, VA
The Transform 66 Outside the Beltway Project will transform Northern Virginia’s Interstate 66 into a multimodal corridor that moves more people, provides reliable trips and offers new travel options. The project is a public-private partnership between the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), the Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT), and private partner, I-66 Express Mobility Partners, delivering $3.7 billion of transportation improvements in the I-66 corridor. The Express Lanes are scheduled to open in December 2022.
Highway 820 - Fort Worth, TX
Designed to alleviate traffic congestion in a heavily traveled part of the Dallas-Fort Worth roadway system, this multi-phase project will reconstruct Interstate 820 along a three-mile stretch within the city limits of Fort Worth, Hurst, and Richland Hills.
I-820 is a loop around Fort Worth that passes through 11 cities - Benbrook, White Settlement, Lake Worth, Saginaw, Haltom City, North Richland Hills, Hurst, Richland Hills, Kennedale, Forest Hill and Fort Worth. TxDOT has been developing and widening I-820 since 1949. As funding is identified, future widening is planned on the east loop from I-35W to I-20.

Highway 285 and 400 expansion - Atlanta, GA
The Transform 285/400 improvement project is designed to help reduce traffic congestion and enhance safety in the area near the I-285/SR 400 interchange in metro Atlanta. This priority project adds new flyover ramps, new collector-distributor lanes and other facilities to aid east-west travel along I-285 and north-south travel along SR 400.
